What’s For Sale on Sanibel and Captiva?

So far, we haven’t seen any major changes in the number of homes listed for sale following the hurricane. In fact, as you can see below, even the number of homes that closed on Sanibel and Captiva during the month of September align with the number of homes sold in September 2016.

The blue bar represents the number of homes that were listed as “for sale” as of October 2, 2017.  The green bar shows the number of homes that have sold in each price point over the past 12 months.
