Sanibel Real Estate Guide (SRG), has been our main website for Sanibel business since Day One. IDXBroker is the backend system that pushes MLS listings to SRG.
Gulf Coast Home Guide (GHG), is a new website designed for off-island business. Sierra Interactive is the backend system that pushes MLS listings to GHG.
McCallionRealty.com is our seller-focused website, which has blog content geared toward for SWFLhomeowners, plus our listing marketing information.
Captiva and Sanibel Homes.com runs on a platform called Zurple. This is the site that preceded SRG, and is still used to supplement Sanibel business.
