Golden Beach

Golden Beach condos are located at 165 Southwinds Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Golden Beach is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1978, the complex offers floor plans up to 2600 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Golden Beach, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Golden Beach does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Golden Beach has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
