Lighthouse Point is a mid-sized complex containing 69 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Lighthouse Point is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1976, the complex offers floor plans up to 2266 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Lighthouse Point, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Lighthouse Point has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Lighthouse Point features onsite tennis courts.

Lighthouse Point has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
