Heron At The Sanctuary is a fairly small development with only 30 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Heron At The Sanctuary is especially desirable for golfers as it enjoys views of the fairway. Built in 1994, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 2465 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Heron At The Sanctuary, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Heron At The Sanctuary has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Heron At The Sanctuary features onsite tennis courts.

Heron At The Sanctuary has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
