About Seawind Condos

Seawind condos are located at 820 East Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a small complex with only 10 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Seawind, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1979, the complex offers floor plans up to 1472 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Seawind, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Seawind does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Seawind features onsite tennis courts.

Seawind has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
