About St Croix Condos

St Croix condos are located at 497 East Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, St Croix is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1984, the complex offers floor plans up to 1610 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at St Croix, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

St Croix does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings.

St Croix has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
