White Sands is a fairly small development with only 14 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, White Sands is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1979, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 2372 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at White Sands, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

White Sands has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, White Sands features onsite tennis courts.

White Sands allows for less than 7 day rentals which is great for maximizing your vacation rental pontential.
