Bayview Village is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Bayview Village, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1984, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 2350 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Bayview Village, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Bayview Village does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Bayview Village features onsite tennis courts.

Bayview Village has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
