Clam Shell is a small complex with only 6 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Clam Shell is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1980, the complex offers floor plans up to 1250 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Clam Shell, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Clam Shell does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Clam Shell has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
