Colonnades is a mid-sized complex containing 36 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Colonnades is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1968, the complex offers floor plans up to 675 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Colonnades, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Colonnades does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Colonnades allows for less than 7 day rentals which is great for maximizing your vacation rental pontential.
