Donax Village condos are located at 724 Donax Street, Sanibel, 33957. This is a fairly small development with only 20 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Donax Village, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1976, the complex offers floor plans up to 1380 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Donax Village, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Donax Village does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Donax Village features onsite tennis courts.

Donax Village has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
