Kings Crown is a mid-sized complex containing 54 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Kings Crown is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1975, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 1933 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Kings Crown, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Kings Crown has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Kings Crown features onsite tennis courts.

Kings Crown has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
