About La Playa Condos

La Playa condos are located at 2629 West Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a small complex with only 6 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, La Playa is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1987, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 2524 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at La Playa, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

La Playa has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, La Playa features onsite tennis courts.

La Playa has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
