Oceans Reach is a mid-sized complex containing 64 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Oceans Reach is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1974, the complex offers floor plans up to 1050 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Oceans Reach, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Oceans Reach has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Oceans Reach features onsite tennis courts.

Oceans Reach has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
