Royale Tern is a small complex with only 6 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Royale Tern is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1991, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 3050 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Royale Tern, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Royale Tern has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Royale Tern features onsite tennis courts.

Royale Tern has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
