Sandpiper Beach is a fairly small development with only 27 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Sandpiper Beach is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1979, the complex offers floor plans up to 1350 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sandpiper Beach, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sandpiper Beach does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Sandpiper Beach features onsite tennis courts.

Sandpiper Beach has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
