Sanibel Seaview is a fairly small development with only 12 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Sanibel Seaview is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1978, the complex offers floor plans up to 3200 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sanibel Seaview, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sanibel Seaview has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Sanibel Seaview features onsite tennis courts.

Sanibel Seaview has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
