Seagrape Village is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Seagrape Village is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1978, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 1400 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Seagrape Village, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Seagrape Village does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Seagrape Village has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
