Sealoft Village is a small complex with only 9 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Sealoft Village, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1981, the complex offers floor plans up to 1400 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sealoft Village, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sealoft Village does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Sealoft Village features onsite tennis courts.

Sealoft Village has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
