About Snug Harbor Condos

Snug Harbor condos are located at 303 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, 33957. This is a fairly small development with only 15 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Snug Harbor is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1982, the complex offers floor plans up to 1910 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Snug Harbor, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Snug Harbor has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Snug Harbor features onsite tennis courts.

Snug Harbor has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
