About Sunset South Condos

Sunset South condos are located at 1341 Middle Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a mid-sized complex containing 56 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Sunset South is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1969, the complex offers floor plans up to 1900 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sunset South, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sunset South does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Sunset South has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
