We are thrilled with the sale of our house. The house had been on the market for six months. It came close to a sale a few times, but the deals fell through. It is tough to sell a house from a distance. We switched over to McCallion and McCallion. They recommended that we make a few, rather inexpensive changes to the property and brought in a professional photographer to highlight the features of the house. Someone from the company was on the property to make sure the changes were made promptly and to their satisfaction.
