We are thrilled with the sale of our house. The house had been on the market for six months. It came close to a sale a few times, but the deals fell through. It is tough to sell a house from a distance. We switched over to McCallion and McCallion. They recommended that we make a few, rather inexpensive changes to the property and brought in a professional photographer to highlight the features of the house. Someone from the company was on the property to make sure the changes were made promptly and to their satisfaction. We received three offers on the house the day it went back on the market with one of those offers at our asking price! We closed 30 days later. Thank you, Susan, Jim, Machelle, and Matthew.
