SO WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There isn’t one! These are the conditions of our offer:

  • Seller and Broker must agree on a home’s listing price and buying agent’s commission percentage.
  • Commission on the buyers side will still be applied in the sale of your home.
  • You must purchase another home of equal or greater value in Southwest Florida, with McCallion & McCallion as your exclusive buyer representative.
  • Any sale based upon a job transfer or financial distress does not qualify under this program.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS…

  • Together with your agent, you will establish a listing price and guaranteed sale price of your home.
  • If your home does not sell for the guaranteed sale price, we will pay you $5,000

SO WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There’s no gimmick involved. The following conditions apply:

  • Seller and Broker must agree on a home’s listing price, guaranteed sale price and timeframe of guarantee.
  • This payment is not to exceed 50% of the listing commission (This only applies to homes that sell below $335k).
  • Seller must work with any offer that is brought to the table by either accepting the offer or presenting a counter-offer to the buyers.
  • This guarantee is absolved if the seller declines an offer presented at the guaranteed sale price that was agreed upon with broker.

We work hard to sell your home for the price you want and need. If we do not get the guaranteed sale price, we pay you!

  • This guarantee is for homes being listed under $400k.
  • Seller and Broker must agree on a home’s listing price, guaranteed sale price and timeframe of guarantee.
  • Seller agrees to purchase their trade-up home within the Southwest Florida market area, through McCallion & McCallion realty services.
  • Seller must work with any offer that is brought to the table by either accepting the offer or presenting a counter-offer to the buyers.
  • This guarantee is absolved if the seller declines an offer presented at the guaranteed sale price that was agreed upon with broker.
