February and March are BIG months for real estate on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We see the heaviest numbers of visitors and potential home buyers on the island during these months. Usually the week leading up to Easter is the busiest, and this year did not disappoint!
If you were here, you can attest to the number of cars siting on Periwinkle Way. Even Vice President Pence decided to spend some time on Sanibel over the Easter holiday! …Bringing with him a motorcade of more vehicles to add to the traffic jam, of course. But that’s okay. Everyone should experience a nice Spring visit to soak in the Sanibel sunshine.
