Casa Blanca is a small complex with only 9 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Casa Blanca, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1985, the complex offers floor plans up to 828 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Casa Blanca, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Casa Blanca does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Casa Blanca has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
