Janthina is a small complex with only 7 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Janthina is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1981, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 2385 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Janthina, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Janthina does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Janthina features onsite tennis courts.

Janthina has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
