About Lake Palms Condos

Lake Palms condos are located at 2320 Wooster Lane, Sanibel, 33957. This is a fairly small development with only 14 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Lake Palms is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1986, the complex offers floor plans up to 1168 square feet in size.

Lake Palms does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings.

Lake Palms has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
