Sanibel Shores is a small complex with only 8 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Sanibel Shores, though not directly on the Gulf, is only a few steps to the beach. Built in 1976, the complex offers floor plans up to 2150 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sanibel Shores, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sanibel Shores does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Sanibel Shores allows for less than 7 day rentals which is great for maximizing your vacation rental pontential.
