We filmed this video before Hurricane Ian, obviously, and I was hesitant to post it now.
But, I rewatched the video for the first time in a while and it brought a smile to my face. “Ah, the good ol days,” I found myself saying out loud with a chuckle. It’s crazy how photos and videos take you back in time.
Through The Eyes of a Sanibel Realtor
I never imagined Sanibel would look any different than it does in this video. But it does. And it just goes to show how quickly life can change. My heart still yearns for the beautiful lush vegetation, for beaches filled with happy vacationers, and for sidewalks lined with luminary bags this time of year. But I know this time will come again.
Some Things Never Change
In the video, I talk about taking the time to walk the beach, even when “Sanibel Realtor Life” gets hectic. Even in its present state, I find that the beach still brings overwhelming peace to my soul. The sunset still illuminates the sky with orange and red, proving some things never change.
I hope this video brings a smile to your face as well. I genuinely love what I do, and it brings me such joy to welcome others to this island community. Here’s to the good ol days, and many more to come!
PS. Don’t worry, I am just as busy now as I was in this video.
