Despite the rush of transactions this year, buyers are still finding bargains as motivated sellers seem more willing to deal. February continues the recent trend of dramatically increased transaction volume on our islands as prices and interest rates remain low.
The single family home market continues to show more improvement than condominiums; however, both are seeing significant improvement from market lows.
