Sandals is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Sandals is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1986, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 3518 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sandals, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sandals does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax.

Sandals has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
