Sanddollar condos are located at 1785 MiddleGulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a mid-sized complex containing 36 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Sanddollar is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1977, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 1600 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sanddollar, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sanddollar has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Sanddollar features onsite tennis courts.

Sanddollar has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
