Sandy Bend is a small complex with only 9 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Sandy Bend is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1972, the complex offers floor plans up to 1250 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Sandy Bend, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Sandy Bend has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. For those of you that like playing tennis, Sandy Bend features onsite tennis courts.

Sandy Bend has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
