About Tarpon Beach Condos

Tarpon Beach condos are located at 2475 West Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a fairly small development with only 30 units in the community. Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, Tarpon Beach is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1981, the complex offers floor plans up to 1300 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Tarpon Beach, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Tarpon Beach has elevators in at least some of the buildings. This is significant as many condos on our islands lack elevators and this can be an important feature to some. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Tarpon Beach features onsite tennis courts.

Tarpon Beach has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
