You may enjoy vacationing here, but have you thought about if Sanibel is the right community for you to live? Maybe Sanibel is one area you’re considering amongst a few other towns in Florida, that’s great too.
While our job is to help you find the perfect home here on Sanibel or Captiva, we also care that you are 100% satisfied with your decision overall. That’s why we are very straight forward with potential home buyers that are considering different locations. In fact, we encourage them to learn more about each area of interest, and carefully consider their lifestyle, desires and of course their budget.
The Sanibel Lifestyle
The first step to deciding if Sanibel is right for you is to visit! Come and stay with us for a few days and get a good feel for the island. Pedal along the shaded paths dedicated to bikers and walkers.
Stroll down Periwinkle Way, popping into our boutique island shops and businesses. Treat yourself to dinner at one of our family-owned restaurants, and then indulge in homemade ice cream afterwards.
Don’t forget the beach! Take a morning stroll to see what unique shells you’ll find. Read a book by the pool, or visit our stellar Library, which, by the way, is one of the reasons we decided Sanibel was right for our family.
If you are church-going, attend a Sunday service and feel the warm welcome extended by our faithful community. Then stop by the Farmer’s Market and grab some fresh produce and Sanibel goodies from our local vendors.
And last but certainly not least, pop in our lime green office building and visit us! We enjoy introducing customers to the island and offering suggestions on what clubs and attractions you need to check out based on your hobbies and interests, and what neighborhoods you should drive through based on your lifestyle and home search requirements.
