Meet Jeff, our “Property Phenom.” Jeff knows Cape Coral like the back of his hand. With a background in architecture, he is extremely knowledgeable about new construction and renovation projects. I met Jeff through our real estate interactions here on the island and immediately saw he was a “go-getter,” with lots of passion and drive. Jeff has a ton of connections off-island, and he’s our man for buying and selling real estate in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and other parts of Lee County.

Meet Joe, our jolly Jersey native. Working with Joe over the years has been abundantly insightful for me as a sales person. Joe retired from a successful career in sales with The Coca Cola Company before moving down to Southwest Florida. Here, he handles real estate in both Lee County and Collier County.
