Buyers have returned to Sanibel. 2012 has had a busy start and a review of the final numbers from 2011 show we had a significant improvement over 2010. Sanibel Island sales volume is up 37% over 2010 as per the Sanibel-Captiva MLS. This accompanies the news that values have continued to stabilize. I’ve summarized the numbers in the charts below.
