What’s Sold on Island so far in 2020?

The island has been hopping with sun-bathed tourists and seasonal residents peddling along the shared use bike path – which is always great to see!

So, How are Real Estate Sales?

So far in 2020, the number of homes sold is already higher than last year. In the first two months we’ve seen 37 total single family home sales on island and 32 total condo sales. This compares to the 20 single family and 21 condo sales that were on the books at this time last year.

Here’s a look at what properties sold on island from January 1 – February 29, 2020, according to the Sanibel-Captiva MLS. These numbers can help both buyers and sellers in understanding the current market conditions and what similar properties are selling for at the moment.
