It has been a busy Fall season so far! Things are kicking into gear here on the island, and we’ve already seen a handful of new listings come on the market. As we help Sanibel homeowners prepare to put their home on the market, one of the best tools to determine the market value of their home is a list of recent home sales, which we’ve shared with you below!
Below, we’ve listed all of the sales of single family homes, multi-family homes, 1/2 duplexes and condos that have occurred on Sanibel and Captiva over the last two-and-a-half months (September 1 – November 15, 2017).
It’s important to remember that these sales happened during our “slower months,” with a few atypical factors included such as Hurricane Irma. Still, I think the data provides a solid look at the Sanibel and Captiva real estate market, and is a good tool for island homeowners.
