Susan was our buyer’s agent for the home we bought on Sanibel. We found her through her website, which is an excellent resource. She proved to be a wonderful, pleasant, and trustworthy person to work with.
She was supportive and responsive over long distance communications and took swift action to uphold our interests when the sellers tried to reneg on part of the contract and delayed the closing date several times.
