Everyone involved in our quest to be Sanibel residents has been extremely helpful and professional. Susan and Anna possess a wealth of knowledge about the island and its properties and have been responsive to our queries. We have been appropriately referred to other extremely capable experts (banking, insurance) as needed. Much of our search was conducted from afar, but we felt connected and supported by Susan’s emails and phone calls to check in with us. The office staff have been friendly, efficient and welcoming. Overall the service has been excellent, allowing us to navigate the home buying process with confidence that we have the best people on our side.
