I just want to take a minute and thank Jeff (on Susan’s Team) for all your work. I know you are going way above and beyond what a typical Realtor would do. This is Mark’s first home buying experience and you are setting the bar very high. Buying a home in FL is very different than buying a home in NY, so your extra effort has been greatly appreciated.
