Decide Your Asking Price
Another stressful part of listing your home for sale can be deciding on the all-important LISTING PRICE. Again, this is an important conversation to have with your Realtor®, who will be able to provide you a comparative market analysis (CMA) for your property.
The CMA report highlights recent sales of properties that are similar to your home. This helps you get a better idea of the market value of your property based on the current market conditions. Again, a good Realtor® will help you analyze the market and price your home accordingly. So, don’t stress!

To help familiarize yourself with the current market, let’s take a look at the homes that have closed over the past two and a half months. Keep in mind this is a list of ALL homes sold from August 1 – October 15, 2019. Your CMA report should be more specific and only include similar properties to yours.
