The Christmas season often brings memories of cold weather, snowy grounds, warm hot chocolate and annual family visits. While we do not usually have “cold” weather and have never seen snowy grounds for Christmas on Sanibel Island, it is still a special time of gathering together and spreading holiday cheer.
Our island churches really shine during the holidays, with great performances, services, and songs to celebrate the season. For those interested in attending a Christmas church service on island this year, here’s a list of what’s happening Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Whichever you attend, we do suggest showing up early to make sure you have a seat and/or parking spot. Biking is a great option when possible – and makes for a great memory to share!
