Beachcomber is a fairly small development with only 20 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Beachcomber is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1987, the complex offers floor plans up to 2600 square feet in size.

Pets are allowed at Beachcomber, based on the latest information we have, but you need to check with the condo association what the exact restrictions are, as these can change over time.

Beachcomber does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Beachcomber features onsite tennis courts.

Beachcomber has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
