Bougainvillea is a small complex with only 4 units in the community. Situated on the West-end of Sanibel Island, Bougainvillea is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1995, the complex offers 3 bedroom floor plans up to 3800 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Bougainvillea, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Bougainvillea does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings.

Bougainvillea has a minimum rental restriction of more than 7 days. This significantly limits (or eliminates) using your condo as a vacation rental. The advantage is that communities that limit rentals tend to be quieter for residents.
