Colonnades condos are located at 409 East Gulf Drive, Sanibel, 33957. This is a mid-sized complex containing 36 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Colonnades is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1968, the complex offers floor plans up to 675 square feet in size.
