Shell Island Beach Club is a fairly small development with only 12 units in the community. Situated on the East-end of Sanibel Island, Shell Island Beach Club is located directly on the beach and enjoys views of the Gulf of Mexico. Built in 1995, the complex offers floor plans up to 1080 square feet in size.

Pets may not be allowed at Shell Island Beach Club, but we suggest checking with the association for confirmation as these rules can change over time.

Shell Island Beach Club does not have elevators which is fairly common on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as all of our condos are low-rise buildings. After enjoying all that our islands have to offer, this complex has a swimming pool for you to cool off and relax. For those of you that like playing tennis, Shell Island Beach Club features onsite tennis courts.

Shell Island Beach Club has a 7 day minimum rental restriction which is good if you are considering using your condo as a vacation rental.
