What’s Sold So Far This Year?

A total of 75 homes sold on Sanibel and Captiva Islands in January and February of 2018. That’s a handful more than what sold in the first two months last year, which is always nice to see. Our McCallion team has been working hard, with a hand in at least 13 of the 75 home sales in January and February.


It’s always a pleasure to hand the keys over to our clients on closing day, especially those who have been working with us for years to find that perfect home! In fact, that was the case with one of those 13 sales mentioned earlier. We had been working with this particular client since 2011, and were finally able to make their Sanibel dream come true!

Actually, it was a report of recent home sales, similar to the one below, that helped us negotiate the purchase price of the home.
